What does it take for you to get value out of your investment in leadership development? First, you need to be clear on what the development program must contribute with in relation to the organizational goals. 🚀 - What do you need to succeed with that calls for new or improved leadership? - And what do your leaders need to be good at to succeed in this? In addition to focusing on which competences must be developed, you need to focus on the effect of your leadership training. The key to this lies largely in being clear about the specific work situations in which new skills are to be used. - What situations are leaders in that call for a new or improved leadership effort? - And what does it look like when the effort is improved?
