From good to great: Learning and leading in the age of AI
In my recent collaboration with LUNAI Consulting and Simployer, I’ve been exploring what AI really means for leadership development. One thing became clear quickly: AI isn’t just a new capability leaders need. It’s a new environment they have to grow in. What stood out was how human the challenge actually is. Leaders who thrive with AI aren’t the most technical ones. They’re the ones who stay curious, invite experimentation, and create the safety for teams to learn fast.
