Leading organizations and people in change takes up a lot of my work. Change management is a skill that is in demand and many leaders are working to improve their skills to master this discipline. And there are many skills that need to be strengthened to lead change: visionary communication, facilitation and involvement, and working with emotions in change – to name just a few. It is also important to remember that fortunately not everything is changing. Leading change is also “just” leadership and we have to do that every day – and not just in connection with a restructuring or the launch of new strategies.
