Cross functional collaboration is challenged in many organizations and strategic work with the development of effective management teams, which are able not only to cooperate but also to lead across the organization, is one of the keys to breaking down barriers and silos. The challenges of companies and organizations are rarely limited to a single professional area, e.g. work with optimization of customer journeys often requires many minor changes and adaptations in our processor, mindset, and ways of working in many parts of the organization. And why should there be 10 leaders involved in this, when a single leader could run the project together with the skilled employees who work with the customer journey? On a mandate from the management team, and this of course requires a management team that leads together, is well coordinated, and dares to relinquish control to each other and to the employees.
