Signe Enemark Kildesgaard is passionate about helping leaders succeed in their role and doing so in partnership with the organizations she works with.

As a Leadership Consultant Signe has expertise in advising and developing management teams at all levels and designing and delivering leadership and change management programs. She has worked with agile and boundary spanning leadership in complex organizations and is also knowns as a strong executive coach and advisor.

In her work Signe draws on many years of leadership experience most recently from GroupM, where she as Nordic HR Director, was responsible for leadership development across the Nordic region. In her work with leadership, Signe links her practical experience and strong communication skills with the latest theory of leadership and organization, so as to develop and change behavior and mindset that support the execution of the organization’s strategy.

She is certified in several coaching and evaluation practices from various internationally accredited institutions and an experienced speaker and facilitator at all scales.
